Drivers of vehicles carrying dangerous goods shall hold a certificate issued by the competent authority stating that they have participated in a training course and passed an examination on the particular requirements that have to be met during carriage
of dangerous goods.

Training courses are following:

– Basic training course – 8.2.1.2 ADR
– Specialization training course (for carriage in tanks, for carriage of class 1 or class 7) – 8.2.1.3 and 8.2.1.4 ADR
– Comprehensive training course – (basic + specialization) 8.2.2.4.1 ADR
– Refresher training (above mentioned courses for renewal of ADR driver training certificate) – 8.2.2.5 and 8.2.2.7 ADR
