According to § 36 of Act no. 56/2012 Coll. and 1.8.3.1 ADR each consignor, carrier, consignee and each person whose activities consist of packing, loading, filling or unloading of dangerous goods by road shall appoint one or more safety advisers for the carriage of dangerous goods. An adviser shall hold a vocational training certificate, valid for transport by road. To obtain a certificate, a candidate shall undergo training and pass an examinatio.
